Sharp 4101 H5 01 5 Times Continuous Detection of Pod 1 Not reached Jam

Sharp MX4100n H5-01 after trouble cancel...
This client gives a call of H5-01 after i use sm 14. Copy and print is blank on output paper.
First time i encounter this problem.
Need advise thanks.

First thing is check the gear on the transfer belt 1. It stripes the pin for the gear and will give you the h5 code and blank copies.

That code refers to 5 continuous jams at POD1. With blank images, I would reset the power, clean the rollers in the paper path and check the sensors in Sim 30-1 along with the following out of the manual:
H5-01 5 times continuous POD1 not-reach
jam
Cause A fusing jam is not canceled completely. (A jam paper remains.)
POD1 sensor trouble. Check & Remedy Replace the POD1 sensor.
Fusing unit installation trouble. Check the installing position of the fusing unit. Replace the fusing unit.
Connector, harness connection trouble. Check connection of the connector and the harness.
PCU PWB trouble Replace the PCU PWB.Use SIM14 to cancel the trouble.

Updates...
As i checked the machine..
Gear is working good in transfer belt.
But there is no toner marks on drums even in transfer belt.I've checked laser unit and its shutter seems fine. I even checked high voltage board all good.
Heater from what i can see is good as well.
So thats makes me wonder.

check the second transfer belt. If hard wont turn and same problem you are getting. jams and no transfer of toner.

also check the black developer unit for developer in case you were having dv pull. Did you try color copies and see if there was any color ?
